Business Medics Limited conducted a client satisfaction survey for our practice in November 2008, having merged with another practice in September 2007. Initially, the partners were apprehensive as this kind of survey had never been undertaken ever in either practice prior to the merger.
Sas Soubhi appeased the partners and drew up the strategy and plan as to how the survey was to be conducted including the questions to be put to the clients. The partners were conscious that the survey had to reflect the true views of the clients and that the client participation and responses had to be high for the information to be meaningful and useful to the practice.

Two weeks ago I received notification from an Insurance Company that they were looking to restructure their repair network, of which my company had been an approved repairer for some 30 years. They subsequently issued a questionnaire and I was given approximately a week and a half to fill it in and return it. To say the questionnaire was complicated was an understatement, however, I talked my problem through with Sas of Business Medics and he took immediate control of the situation. With four days to go before the deadline, he had read the 23 page document explaining how to fill out the questionnaire; completed the 20 page questionnaire and provided 20 appendices, in both hard copy and E-mail format!
The resulting questionnaire was presented to the insurance company to a very high standard within the time frame. I feel that without the help from Business Medics, we would have struggled to present my company in such a way as to fulfil the criteria required from the work provider and potentially loose a valuable contract.
This is the first time I have used the services of Business Medics and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The speed and high quality of the work and advice provided, I feel is second to none.

I am taking this opportunity to write a testimonial regarding the quality of work recently completed by Business Medics who I engaged to look at my existing Aikido web site with a view to giving it a face-lift.
I chose Business Medics for two reasons, firstly, because I had heard from other close BNI colleagues that they were very good. I wanted the site to be different from the multitude of existing Aikido related websites so I needed creative flare which Business Medics offers in abundance. The second reason for choosing Business Medics was because they knew little about the martial arts and nothing about Aikido. I felt this was very important as the site needed a fresh perspective to ensure that it accurately conveys what I feel my club is offering to those wishing to study Aikido for the first time.
As I am sure you can imagine this was quite a challenge for Business Medics, however, the reason for this testimonial is that in my opinion they were up for the challenge and I am very pleased with the results. Not only did they spend a good deal of time over several conversations talking to me to clarify exactly what I wanted to convey but as our conversations progressed it became evident that they had thoroughly researched what the martial art is about and how it is portrayed on other sites. The result of their diligence is a detailed document that provides the ground work for a web site that I feel will accurately portray, in a unique and mature manner, what I want to say in layman's terms.
